Who I Am
Who I Am
I’m a Los Angeles–based sound engineer working across film, television, and music. Originally from Brazil, I’m drawn to the art of capturing what is unrepeatable in life—but timeless when held in sound.
I still have a cassette tape my mom recorded when I was two: me singing, my older brother reciting poems, my youngest crying as a baby, and my grandparents telling stories about their early lives on the farm. It’s one of the most meaningful things I own, and it quietly shaped how I approach every recording I do: with care, presence, and emotional truth.
My credits span major TV productions, independent and studio-backed documentaries, as well as making-of featurettes and promotional work for blockbuster films. I have extensive experience in live broadcast environments, with a specialization in capturing music performances across television, streaming, and radio.
My work also extends into physical media releases, commercial advertising, and collaborations with academic and cultural institutions.
In essence, I work where sound meets story: on set, on stage, inside broadcast trucks, and everywhere in between. I value this versatility and the constant reminder to stay in tune with it.
